CEO Message
Dear Visitor,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to our website and wish to thank you for spending your valuable time with us.
SISCO was established in 1988 by a group of prominent businessmen under the supervision of Ministry of Industry with the support of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The company was launched as a public company since its inception to provide support services to national industries in various industrial cities, i.e. Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
In the early years, SISCO provided professional services in various fields such as catering, medical care, automobile service stations, and later provided potable water for industrial facilities.
In 2004, the Board of Directors approved a new strategy which entailed transformation of the company into a holding structure. Several independent subsidiaries branched off, to cope with emerging opportunities for investment in sectors such as infrastructure, re-export zones, sea port services, water services, energy services and logistical services.
For more details on the various subsidiaries and activities, please visit ( SISCO Group).
No doubt that the nature of SISCO’s investment in large capital infrastructure projects, as can be seen from activities of the subsidiaries, makes it a rewarding long-term investment opportunity for shareholders. Since 2011, when we launched the full operation of our Red Sea Gateway Terminal project, the company’s financial performance has improved significantly.
We are pleased to state that all other subsidiaries are performing in accordance to their business plans, objectives and targets, delivering result we believe are contributing positively in SISCO’s long-term balanced targets.
In 2012, we have succeeded in adding one more subsidiary to our group, which is a company called “Stork Technical Services Saudi Arabia”. The new company will be established in Jubail as a JV with a Netherlands based company specialized in providing technical services to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Energy sectors. Giving SISCO a strong arm in those areas and opening the door for further growth and development to our business portfolio.
We continuously strive to grow our business through well-structured growth plans and by evaluating other adjacent and new potentials; keeping balanced investment in key markets to achieve sustainable and dependable performance.
We invite you to look at our Annual Board of Director reports to learn more about our portfolio and performance.
Our staff and I will be delighted to hear from you, should you have any inquiries and comments.
All the best,
Mohammed Al-Mudarres
