CEO Message

Dear Visitor,

It is my pleasure to welcome you to our website and wish to thank you for spending your valuable time with us.

First, I wish to give you a brief history on the formation of SISCO, which was established in 1988 by a group of prominent businessmen under the supervision of Ministry of Industry with the support of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  The company was launched to provide support services to national industries in various industrial cities, i.e. Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.

In the early years, SISCO provided professional services in various fields such as catering, medical care, automobile service stations, and also provided potable water for industrial facilities.

In 2004, the Board of Directors approved a new strategy which entailed transformation of the company into a holding structure.  Several independent subsidiaries branched off, to cope with emerging opportunities for investment in sectors such as infrastructure, re-export zones, sea port services, water services, energy services and logistical services.

For more details on the various subsidiaries and activities, please visit (SISCO Group).

No doubt that the nature of SISCO’s investment in large capital projects is a long term endeavor, as can be seen from the activities of the subsidiaries.  However, we are pleased to state that starting from this year 2011, the company will launch the full operation of the container terminal project at the Red Sea Gateway Terminal, increase water desalination plant capacity of KINDASA, re-enforcing the field of operation services of TUSDEER; which we are confident will boost the performance and financial results of the company.  Furthermore, our company TAWZEA will launch the water distribution projects in Jeddah industrial city and soon after in the industrial cities in Riyadh and Qassim; as well as expanding the operation and maintenance services for our company ISNAD in the industrial field.

In addition, there are various plans for investment in the area of industrial estate support services, which SISCO retains a sound experience in.   The company is also investigating a number of future plans for investment in the energy and logistics sectors, which will create further growth and sustainability to our long term strategy.

OUR TARGET IS FAR REACHING …
WE AIM TO SENCERELY COOPERATE WITH THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTORS TO FLOURISH OUR NATIONAL ECONOMY AND TO IMPROVE INDUSTRY, COMMERCE AND SERVICES.
