TUSDEER

Saudi Trade & Export Development Company (TUSDEER) was established to develop and operate the Free Zone at Jeddah Islamic Sea Port (JIP) located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. TUSDEER entered into a BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) agreement with the Saudi Ports Authority to reclaim, develop and operate nearly one million (1 M) square meters of land.

RSGT

The Red Sea Gateway Terminal will be Saudi Arabia’s first custom-built, privately managed container terminal. With its own dedicated navigation channel and wide turning basin, Red Sea Gateway Terminal is designed to serve the new generation of ocean-going containerships. Its layout and state-of-the-art equipment will offer high container handling capability to enhance Jeddah Islamic Port’s total capacity by 1.5 million TEU.  The total project cost is estimated at $443 million USD.

ISNAD

The Support Services Operation Company”ISNAD” a limited liability company with a paid up capital of SR 10 Million ($2.7 M) was founded in year 2005 to provide supporting services to the industrial cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Currently ISNAD owns and operate gasoline stations, car maintenance workshops, catering facilities and building maintenance operation. The company’s head office is in Riyadh with two branches in Jeddah and Dammam. SISCO has the majority ownership of ISNAD.

TAWZEA

International Water Distribution Co.”Tawzea” a limited liability company with a paid up capital of SR 10 Million ($ 2.7 M) was founded in year 2005 between the Saudi Industrial Services company “SISCO” and Amiwater. As a result of the government privatization plan of the Kingdom Industrial estates, TAWZEA was established to build and operate water distribution networks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general and the industrial estates in particular.
