Mohammed Zainal Alireza

"Chairman of the board "

Mohamed A. Alireza, was born in Jeddah in 1943. His early education was undertaken at the Al Falah School in Jeddah and he completed his secondary education at Haileybury College and ISC Hertford, England. A graduate of Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y. USA he received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree in January 1969 and his Master of Science (Civil Engineering) Degree in June 1969.

He assumed the Chairmanship of Xenel Industries upon its formation in 1973 with executive responsibility for the Construction and Marketing Divisions and, latterly, the Healthcare, Operation & Maintenance, and Infrastructure Development Divisions. He is the Chairman and Director of several companies within the Xenel Group and publicly listed companies in Saudi Arabia. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hub Power Company Ltd., a public company incorporated in Pakistan, and was awarded the civil honour of “Hilal-i-Imtiaz” by the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for services to Pakistan on 14 August, 1995. He has served on the Board of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was appointed a Member of the Majlis Al Shoura (Consultative Council) for two terms. He is currently a board member of The Saudi Fund for Development

 

Saleh Ahmed Hefni

In 1992, he successfully transformed SISCO into a public-trading company, and then, a holding company in 1999 where he eventually served as its Managing Director and President. He developed the infrastructure and operational procedure of Jeddah’s First Free Zone which later on gave birth to the Saudi Trade and Export Development Company (TUSDEER) where he also served as its President, alongside sitting as a member of the executive committee of Kindasa Water Services – another SISCO affiliate. He is a part of a team that headed the development of the first BOT container terminal at Jeddah Islamic Port.

Prior to his career accomplishments, he took himself to one of Scotland’s premier education institution – The University of Strathclyde – where he completed his M.Phil Degree. He is also a holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology at The Cogswell Polytechnic College in California, in addition to various executive education at Graduate Schools of the University of London, Stanford University, Harvard Business School and Insead, to name a few.

Saleh’s core expertise is corporate transformation - paving the way to rapid sustainable growth and profits. Particular expertise includes business acquisition, organizational restructuring and business development.

At present, Saleh is the CEO of Halwani Bros – a pioneering company in Saudi Arabia’s food industry – wherein he has developed and implemented an across-the-board restructuring strategy that resulted in a remarkable growth both in its KSA and Egypt operations, and took the company into public in his first year of assuming the post.”

 

Alawi Mohammed Kamil

Received bachelor degree in political sciences from King Saud University in 1975 and the Master degree in the international relations from South California University. Alawi operates several positions one of them is a helping teacher in King Abdul-Aziz University and a deputy general manager for Dallah Company and general manager for Dallah group and the general manager of Dallah holding company. Now he is the president of Dallah group and a board member of SISCO, TUSDEER, ISNAD, ARABSCO and the establishment of south Asian pilgrims with 33 years of experience.

 

Adnan Abdullah Maimani

He received the bachelor degree in Law studies from Arabian University in Beirut in 1969 and the Master degree in aviation law from McGill University from Canada in 1981. Mr. Adnan has a extensive experience in the legal field and he was the general manger for legal affairs in Saudi Arabian Airlines. Now he is the consultative manager in Xenel Industries and he is a board member of SISCO, Saudi Cable Company "SCC", Sigil and KINDASA with 39 years of experience.  

 

Waleed Abdul Azeez Kayal

Received bachelor of Economy from Cairo University in 1981. Participated in several banking training sessions. Mr. Kayal has a wide experience the banking business where he operated the regional director position for the Saudi British bank. His all 26 years of experience was with the Saudi British Bank until 2006. Now he is a consultant for HSBC.

 

Aamer Abdullah Zainal

Aamer Alireza is the CEO of the Red Sea Gateway Terminal and its affiliate, the Saudi Trade & Export Development Company (Tusdeer). He is also on the board of its parent company, the Saudi Industrial Services Company (SISCO) quoted in the Tadawul stock exchange.

Mr. Alireza’s is responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, as well as to create a world-class business environment that will attract potential partners from the Industrial sector. His overall vision extends beyond establishing a world-class container terminal at Jeddah Islamic Port. He would like to create a broad-based business culture to serve as a logistics hub for the whole Western Region of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Alireza graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science from Pitzer College in California. He has also taken part in management programmes at the University of California, Harvard and Stanford Universities.

 

Mohammed Adil Aqeel

Received the bachelor degree in petrochemical engineering in 1988 from King Abdul-Aziz University and he attended several training sessions inside and outside the kingdom with Shell Company. Mr.  Mohammad has a great experience in management. He worked in Al-Shayma Towers Co. in 1988, Shell Company in 1991 and the board of directors in Tehama Company, Shana Company for water activities with 20 years of experience.
