  • Red Sea Gateway Terminal Co. was established to develop and operate the 3rd world-class container terminal in Jeddah Islamic Port (JIP)
  • Among its significant features is the 1,052 m container terminal along with 300m wide dedicated navigation channel and deep water draught up to 18m which enables   receiving the new generation of 12,000TEU+ containerships. Furthermore, the project   is supported by a high-class IT system to ease the information flow among RSGT   management, government agencies,shipping lines, and cargo companies
  • The company provide a wide range of services including, cargo services, container handling, stevedoring, along as well as other required seaport support services
  • RSGT will signal the start of a new era for JIP as a regional container hub by adding   45% to its annual capacity, equivalent to 1.5million TEU’s

Activities

• KINDASA was established to become the Kingdom’s first privately owned water   desalination plant in the private sector, with a daily   capacity of 14,000 cubic   meters started in the year 2002.
• KINDASA produces and provides desalinated water mainly to Jeddah Islamic Port,   Industrial Cities along with a number of major independent customers.
• Since 2004, the plant has expanded its capacity to 39,000 cubic meters, an   increase in capability of 200%.
• The company has constructed a pipeline connecting the station with the industrial   city in order to distribute water through the city’s network .
• The company has recently entered the Yemeni market through a JV with a Yamani   company.
• As a new sector, the company has established a new Marin water transportation   Company in Jeddah with an ownership of 70% to provide desalinated water to ships   in JIP. The new company has started operation in 2010.

- The right to use for the rehabilitation, operation, management and maintenance    of drinking, sanitation, irrigation and industrial water in the Second Industrial    City in Riyadh.

- The right to use for the rehabilitation, operation and management and    maintenance of drinking, sanitation, irrigation and industrial water in the first    industrial city in Qassim.

• The company will start operating its’ projects in the year 2010
